Register for your PVC so you can vote in the upcoming 2019 election.
If you do not have a voters card, you won't be eligible to vote. Getting your PVC is now very easy, just follow the instructions below:
If you are a citizen of Nigeria who has clocked 18 years old or above, you’re eligible to register for a voters card.
Already have a voters card and unsure of your current voters card status? Check your PVC status to confirm validity.
If you have never registered for a PVC, you can check below for available registration centers close to you. It’s best to choose a center close to your area of residence.
It’s important to note that PVC registration or collection starts by 9am and ends by 3pm, Monday to Fridays.
You can save a lot of time and finish registration early if you can arrive at the CVR (Continuous Voters Registration) centers few hours before 9am.
Don’t forget to go with a valid government issued ID (can be any of the following; Driver’s License, National Identity Card, International Passport) that can prove your age and identity.
A TVC (Temporary Voters Card) will be issued to you once you’re done with the registration. INEC will then contact you once the permanent voters card is available for collection/pickup.
